Intertidal Zone-Marearteko Eremua
Marearteko eremua / Intertidal Zone:
Definition:Is the area between the low tide and the high tide.

Information:
Organisms living at the Intertidal zone have to adaptate to extreme conditions .
Why is it so extreme? :
When the tide is high is less extreme for the organisms to live, because the salinity and temperature are low,but there are more predators because of the amount of water above the intertidal zone. But when the tide is low sun evaporates the water in the intertidal zone ,because of this ,the salinity adn temperature are extreme when the tide is low. When tide goes high again the temperature and salinity becomes normal.
Organisms living at the Intertidal:
1 – Necora puber (Andarika)
2 – Pirimeladenticulata (Itsas karramarroaren antzekoa)
3 – Carcinusmaenas (itsas karramarroa)
4 – Eriphiaverrucosa (Moruno Karramarroa)
5 – Pilumnushirtellus (Karramarro iledeuna)
6 – Ophiothrixfragilis (izar antzekoa iletsua )
7 – Martastheriasglacialis (itsas izarra)
